We provide free next working day express shipping for all orders over £80, orders below £80 will be posted by Royal Mail first class recorded or express courier service depending on the weight of the total order.

Shipping Policy
All the items are shipped from our warehouse in London. Within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland the shipping may take upto a week ( if the dress is in Stock), in case the dress is not in stock it may take upto 12 weeks for the dress to arrive as we will need to make the dress from scratch. If the shipping destination is outside the UK then please contact us before ordering.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
Customer is responsible for the shipping of the returning items.

Return policy
All our bridal wear is thoroughly checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects.
All the items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unaltered with original hanging straps, tags still attached and uncut.
Items washed, dry-cleaned or otherwise handled are not returnable.
Items returned in unacceptable physical conditions (e.g. torn and stained)
Items not accepted after the date of your wedding
Custom-made dresses cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Return policy can only be completed through a return form over the email, could not be accepted over the phone, left as a voice message or via any other methods of contact other then the form.

Physical Condition
All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered with original hanging straps, tags still attached and uncut, hangers, and protective covering where applicable. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it.
